Our brother and VP of Member Development, Stosh Madey, is setting an example for everyone by deciding to raise money and shave his head as a support to children fighting with “The Beast” called cancer. He is doing it as part of St. Baldricks Foundation that has the main goal to support children with cancer and raise money for cancer research and make their young lives happier.
“Did you know that kids’ cancers are different from adult cancers? It’s true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers”, says Junior from Barton College. Stosh will be shaving his head at Dabyou Restaurant on April 6th starting at 4 pm and has a goal of raising $500 by the same date. Come and support, and we hope to see you all there!
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer and donor powered charity committed to supporting the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.
